How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, at the meeting point listed above for your airport. Shortly before you land you get a WhatsApp (or SMS) message with the meeting point, the car and the plate number. If your luggage is delayed, message the driver — the first hour of waiting is already included.
What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
We track the flight number you gave us, so the driver is scheduled off the real landing time — not the timetable. Delays are not charged. If the flight lands early, the driver is already on site. For very long delays or diversions we'll be in touch by message.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. A party of four pays the same as a party of one in the same class. Fares include luggage, motorway tolls, the arrivals meet & greet and the first 60 minutes of waiting. There are no night, weekend or holiday surcharges.
How and when do I pay?
Most bookings need no prepayment — you pay the driver at the end of the trip by card or in cash (euros). Larger groups, minivans and inter-airport transfers may need a small deposit to hold the vehicle, and you'll be told before anything is charged.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup; inside 24 hours, tell us as early as you can and we'll do what we can — if we can't release the vehicle, a charge may apply. Message us on WhatsApp, which is the fastest route.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request and free of charge. Tell us the ages or weights of the children in the booking notes and we'll fit the right seats. Cyprus law requires age-appropriate restraints for young children, so please ask rather than arrive without one.
Can you take a lot of luggage, golf clubs or a surfboard?
Say what you're bringing in the notes. Golf bags and boards normally fit an estate or minivan; oversize items may need the bigger class. If in doubt, book the minivan — the difference is small next to a failed arrival.
Which airport should I fly into — Paphos or Larnaca?
It depends where you're staying. Paphos (PFO) is the western gateway: Paphos town, Coral Bay, Peyia, Polis, Latchi and the Akamas are all close. Larnaca (LCA) suits Larnaca, Limassol, Nicosia, Ayia Napa, Protaras and the east. Both are served here, and the two airports are 132 km apart — about 1 h 35 by taxi.
Is the transfer available at night, and for the return leg?
Yes to both. Flights land at Paphos and Larnaca through the night and the service runs 24/7 at the same tariff. For the return, book both legs together — the driver confirms the pickup time with you the day before, based on your flight.
How much luggage fits in each vehicle?
Economy sedan: 2 large plus 2 cabin bags, up to 3 passengers. Estate or SUV: 4 large plus 3 cabin bags, up to 4 passengers. Minivan: 8 large plus 8 cabin bags, up to 8 passengers. If your party's bags don't fit the class you chose, we'll tell you before confirming rather than leave you at the kerb.
